Amy Kennedy Endorses Tammy Murphy for U.S. Senate

RED BANK, NJ – Today, Amy Kennedy endorsed Tammy Murphy for U.S. Senate. Kennedy is a youth mental health advocate and Co-Founder of the Kennedy Forum, a nonprofit which leads a national dialogue on transforming the health care system by uniting mental health advocates, business leaders, and government agencies around a common set of principles.

“Tammy and I have worked closely together on youth mental health and maternal and infant health as part of the National Governors Association,” said Amy Kennedy. “I witnessed firsthand how Tammy worked with national experts, community leaders, and people with lived experience to create a playbook to guide our nation’s critical work to improve maternal and infant health. From Salt Lake City to Los Angeles to Detroit to Philadelphia, Tammy’s approach to working with leaders from other states is incredibly effective, and a true testament to how she will lead in the U.S. Senate. I’m proud to endorse Tammy Murphy for U.S. Senate.”

“I am incredibly honored to receive Amy’s endorsement and support of my candidacy for U.S. Senate,“ said Tammy Murphy. “Amy is a true champion for South Jersey families and her commitment to national policy change in education and mental health is inspiring.
